My latest video is online now, and it’s a true grab bag: one Amazon gadget, one Shark Tank invention, and one Walmart oddity. On the lineup this time: a nut chopper, a hat organizer straight from Shark Tank, and Lucky Charms Toothpaste.

In just 14 minutes, I chop some nuts, organize a pile of hats, and brush with a cereal-flavored toothpaste. It’s as random as it sounds, and a lot of fun.

5 Hacks Using Toothpaste!
Since toothpaste is a part of today’s video, let’s take a look at some toothpaste-related hacks to make life a bit easier.

Defogging
Rub a thin layer of toothpaste on bathroom mirrors (or even car mirrors), then wipe it off. It can help prevent fogging.

Headlight Cleaner
Toothpaste’s mild abrasives can polish cloudy car headlights.

Deodorizing Containers
Use toothpaste to scrub smelly bottles, baby bottles, or Tupperware. It can actually help neutralizes odors.

Scratch Remover
A dab of toothpaste can buff out small scratches on phone screens, CDs/DVDs, or even watch faces.

Nail Cleaner
Brushing nails with toothpaste makes them look brighter and cleaner.

Gadgets Under $20 (2024)

This is another grab-bag of gadgets from a wax warmer to blingy car valve stem caps!

Exactly one year ago, I reviewed five random gadgets, all under $20. The lineup included a fireplace wax melt warmer (which I still use and enjoy), a lime holder for drinks, a snack-based memory game, some blingy valve stem caps, and an egg cracker.

Most gadgets I test eventually end up in the Boneyard or the donation pile, but three of these five are still in regular use, and one even found a new home with a viewer who still uses it today.

SHORT SPOTLIGHT 🎥
Uncuttable Gloves

In today’s Short Spotlight, I recently reposted the popular short edit of my “uncuttable” gloves review that first appeared my Shorts channel, but I decided that it really belonged on main channel.

A couple of interesting side notes about this video. First, I was quite ill when I filmed it! You may be able to tell from my voice, but I had to drag myself out of bed for that review!

Second, even though the full review performed about average, the Short edit (that was on my Shorts channel) is my most-viewed video ever.

That’s it for this newsletter, but I do have a quick heads-up about a positive change coming your way.

Now that channel memberships have been around for two years, I’ve decided to start sharing a few of those member-only reviews publicly. It won’t be often, maybe one or two a month, but don’t be surprised if you see a “new” upload from 2023 pop up in your feed.
