Three years ago today, I reviewed this intriguing kitchen slicer that was making waves at the time, and I still occasionally see videos of it circulating! I’ll admit, I approached it with some skepticism, worried it might just be another gimmick. To my surprise, it actually delivered on its promises. In fact, it’s still my go-to gadget for preparing scalloped potatoes.
