Super-Specific Potato Gadgets!

I’m back with a new video to round out your weekend. This time I’m testing two potato gadgets that are each highly specific in function, both designed to create popular potato snacks. One is a “professional” fry cutter, and the other is a spiral potato cutter for making tornado potatoes.

This is one of those reviews where the results weren’t so cut and dry. Give it a watch and see for yourself why I still recommend at least one of them, despite some inconsistent results.

While scouring Amazon for deals today, this one jumped out at me because I purchased it 3 years ago for a cushion comparison. Potato Hack: Revive Cloudy Glassware
If your drinking glasses or vases have developed a cloudy film from hard water, try rubbing the inside with a cut raw potato. The acid in potatoes may actually help break down the haze. Rinse well with warm water afterward, and you should see a noticeable improvement in clarity.

Angel View Mirror (2022)

As it turns out, I’ve never actually posted a video on September 14th before, so my “On This Date” flashback looks back at a review I posted on September 13, 2022 for the Angel View Mirror. This As Seen on TV rearview mirror is still around, which means this review is (hopefully!) still relevant. I put it through the wringer to see how it lives up to the advertising hype, and it went about as well as you might imagine for an As Seen on TV product.
