I hope this newsletter finds all of you in good health and good spirits. I’m back with yet another video, this time focusing all of my time and attention on a strange air fryer with an unusual design and lots of features not typically found in other air fryers. I spent several days testing it out and hopefully my results are useful!

NEW VIDEO ALERT 📽️
Glass Air Fryer That Looks Like a Space Helmet!

Is this $200 air fryer worth it?

I just tested one of the strangest air fryers I’ve ever seen. It’s a fully glass model that looks more like a 1950s sci-fi helmet than a kitchen appliance. You can watch your food cook from every angle, and it has a tumbling basket so you don’t have to shake anything. It even includes a rotisserie.

But does it actually cook better than traditional models?

I ran it through a full set of tests: frozen tater tots, grilled cheese, wings, pizza, dehydrated bananas, a 4-pound turkey breast, and even a rotisserie Cornish game hen. Some tests it passed with flying colors, but not all!

It’s versatile and kind of fun to use, but at $200 it has some real competition. I break down the pros, cons, and who I think this is really for in the full review.

Air Fryer Tip: Reheat Leftovers at a Lower Temperature

Most people crank their air fryer up high for everything. That’s great for raw foods, but it’s not ideal for leftovers.

If you’re reheating pizza, fried chicken, sandwiches, or even roasted veggies, try lowering the temp to around 300–325°F instead of blasting it at 375–400°F.

A slightly lower temperature gives you even reheating and better texture. You’ll still get crispiness, but without turning the food into a dried-out brick.

Presto Stuffler (2024)

This was all the rage in 2024.

It was two years ago today that I posted my review of the Presto Stuffler, the countertop waffle maker that allows you to create stuffed waffles. It was all the rage in 2024, seen all over YouTube and TikTok. It’s still around but you don’t hear much about it anymore. I used it for a while but the novelty wore off and it’s currently in the Boneyard. If you never saw my review the first time around, it’s short but to the point!

SHORT SPOTLIGHT 🎥
Whizbee

Way back in 2019, I tested out the 1970s toy called Whizbee with the help of my kids. I recently converted that review into a short clip which is now on YouTube. If you vaguely remember my original review, this Short is a good refresher.

Of course, you are certainly welcome to check out the full review here.

Before you know it, Spring will be here. That means warmer weather, more sunshine - and lots of pollen and bugs! It will also mean I can start looking at cooling gadgets and outdoor products. But we’re not quite there yet! I hope you enjoyed today’s video and have a great rest of your weekend!

Until next time,
James
