I don’t get out of town too often these days but I did manage to sneak in a quick trip to the beach this week. While down there I filmed a collection of beach gadgets, similar to a video I did three years ago in the exact same spot. Beach Tip: Bring Cornstarch for Sandy Feet
One of the easiest ways I’ve found to remove stubborn sand from your feet and legs is to sprinkle on a little cornstarch. It absorbs moisture, which helps the sand brush off much more easily. I keep some in a small shaker or travel-size container so it doesn’t take up much room in my beach bag. You can also use cornstarch baby powder which works just as well.
